Research shows that unfortunately two-thirds of adults eat fruit fewer fruits and vegetables than recommended.  Even more disheartening, another report issued by the CDC last year found that less than 10% of high school students manage to eat the suggested 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.  In order to boost fruit and vegetable intake, I suggest making them into liquid goodness. Your job now is to decide if you'd prefer to juice or blend your vegetables and fruits to boost your daily intake.
